What's up with the mileage display? My 2020 business miles shows 60 miles in December...other than that, it won't provide info, and a downloaded report has no data.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, @smithpb611.

We have an open investigation for tracking mileage when exporting the data. You can reach out our QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) customer support to add your account to the list of affected users so that you'll be notified once resolved.

In the meantime, you can try to access your QBSE account through a private window to isolate this behavior. This will help you verify to see if this is a browser-related problem. Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser.

You can use these shortcut keys for the browser you're using:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome.
  • Hold down Command + Shift + N for Safari.

However, if you're using the QBSE Mobile app follow the troubleshooting steps in this article:

Please let me know if you have any other questions. We're always here to help.
