We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
Also, the End of day is referring to your local time. We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
I'm sorry - I didn't see an answer to what the actual time "end of day" is. It's payday today, and 9:45pm EST. My employees haven't seen the deposit yet.
Well, what is the actual time for "end of day"? Is it midnight? Today is our payday and it's 9:45pm and staff have not seen the deposit. Can you tell me what time EOD is for us? Thanks
Thank you for joining the thread, @danname1.
Let me share some information about the End of Day (EOD) deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Upon checking my resources, there’s no specific time for EOD. It could be midnight if you’re working a full day or depending on what time your business day or hours end.
Additionally, the posting of the funds will always depend on the bank institution you are connected with. Thus, I recommend you to hold until 11:59 PM PST or 2:59 AM EST to claim a dispute to your bank.
If the deposit is still not showing to your employee, you can reach out to our Payroll Support Team to conduct a direct deposit trace. This way, they can assist you in secure settings and provide fixes immediately.
Here’s how:
Please ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available. This way, you can contact them at a time that is convenient for you.
Let me know if you have further concerns about payroll. I’m just one post away from assisting you. Stay safe!
