Glad to have you here in the Community, midwest. Let me share some information about decimal places in QuickBooks with you.
Currently, there isn't an option to stop the decimal format when adding a rate for your product sold. QuickBooks automatically round off the amount to establish a fixed rate to prevent any discrepancies.
I can see how this feature would be helpful for you and your business. We're working to provide features that meet customers' needs and ensure the best online experience. I recommend sending your product suggestions straight to our developers for consideration in future releases.
Here's how:
- In QBO, head to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
- Type a brief description of the feature you wish to add to the online program.
- Click Next to submit.
You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
I've also added an article to help you modify your invoice template and mark your invoices as paid manually:
Please let me know if you have any other issues about the decimal point when adding a rate for your product. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. Have a good one.
