When converting from desk to to online, one employee did not transfer over with the rest. How can I correct this

Hi there, @faogsec.

 

It's possible that one of your employee's information was damage before you convert your file to QuickBooks Online (QBO) that's why it isn't transferred. You can consider entering the information manually in your QBO account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Workers from the left menu, then select Employee.
  2. Select Add an employee.
  3. Fill out the employee's information.
  4. Click Done once finished.

It didn’t help. I had to go to customer service for them to reactivate. Thank you.
