It's possible that one of your employee's information was damage before you convert your file to QuickBooks Online (QBO) that's why it isn't transferred. You can consider entering the information manually in your QBO account.
Here's how:
- Click Workers from the left menu, then select Employee.
- Select Add an employee.
- Fill out the employee's information.
- Click Done once finished.
