When filing married filing jointly are you still responsible for quarterly payments?

Yes, you still need to pay estimated taxes even if you're tax profile is set to married filing jointly. Just make sure to enter your correct spouse's details so your estimated taxes are calculated correctly. One of the benefits of filing jointly typically provides married couples with the most tax breaks.
