When I do the update version 22002, it seems to be stuck, there is a code [PS034] at the end of the update but when i proceed to payroll it starts all over again.

There are quite a few reasons that you're receiving the PS034, but running a Repair on QuickBooks will fix them. To run the Repair:

1. If you haven't already, back up your company file.
2. Restart your computer. This ensures that there aren't any programs that may affect the repair.
3. Click on the Start menu, then search for Control Panel. Choose Programs and Features, then Uninstall a Program.
4. Find QuickBooks from the list of Programs, then Uninstall/Change. Hit Continue or Next.
5. Select Repair, then Next.
6. Once it's complete, click Finish.
7. Update your QuickBooks to the latest release. This will make sure you have the most recent fixes and security updates.
