"Please know that the functionality to import payroll data is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. For the tax payments you made last month,..." What? since when? Is this a newly disabled feature? I do not understand. I have been importing this information from intuit and then from intuit quickbooks payroll for years. I am in utter confusion over the changes I have been forced to make over the last year. This is yet another shock, that you are telling me that I cannot export and import this data. I really need to discuss this with a tech support specialist because it makes no sense. When was this new limitation perpetrated against online payroll subscribers who use quickbooks desktop.
Thanks for getting back to us, @rhored.
