Let's go ahead and cancel the other company file, Dlbaszak.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the account to be deleted.
  2. Click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Billing info.
  4. Click Cancel now, then add feedback when prompted.
  5. Select Cancel subscription

Once it's canceled, you'll no longer be billed for the account. If you're charged, you can get in touch with the customer care support to check if they can provide a refund. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Refund canceled account" in the description field, then click Continue.
  4. Select Get a callback

Community is a public forum, @dlbaszak

Therefore, we don't have the tools to access the any account in this platform.

Since you're using a free trial version, the subscription will cancel automatically at the end of the trial period without any fees.

If you need to it cancel now, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Cancel Trial.

Your data in the cancelled account will be available in the system as a read-only file for one year. Then, the system will automatically delete the file after a year.

If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help you.
