where can a former employee get a copy of their 2018 W2?

An employee who no longer works for the company needs his 2018 W2 and does not remember any information for his login. How can he obtain a copy?

Let's work together and help your former employee get their 2018 W2 copy. Here's how in your Intuit Online Payroll account:

Go to Taxes & Forms.
Select Annual Form under Forms.
Click W-2, Copies B, C & 2.
Then select View or Print the form.

Thanks for dropping by the Community, in order to print out the 2018 W2, the master admin on the account will have to log in and follow the steps above provided by my colleague. See the following article for further information about W-2 forms within Intuit payroll .
