I followed the instructions. When I got to the edit autofill, the paid preparer section was faded and it would not let me edit that section. Any advice?

Here are the possible reasons why you're unable to edit the Paid Preparer section:
If you're signed up to the Enhanced Payroll and your subscription is active, let's do the following:
Once done with the update, log in as an Admin in your company. Then, try to edit the Paid Preparer information.
Here's how:
If you're still getting the same result, you'll want to do the Verify and Rebuild Data. This way, we can check any data issues within a company file and fix it.

I followed those steps. However, when I click on Autofill the Primary Signature is correct, but the Paid Preparer is hide and it doesn't permit type.
I know this hasn't been easy for you and your business, @itrosquete.
As mentioned in the previous replies, you can only modify the Paid Preparer once you have signed up for Enhanced Payroll for Accountants .
