When will federal form 941 be downloaded for 2025?
@BW12 Best case would be approximately two weeks into April 2025; could take longer.
Thank you for participating in this discussion, @BW12. As of the moment, we currently do not have a specific timeframe for when the updated Federal form 941 will be available for download.
However, I agree with @FishingForAnswers that we anticipate the release to occur in the second week or last week of April 2025. For the meantime, while waiting for the update, you can visit the IRS official website to access the most recent version of the form.
Rest assured that once IRS releases new versions of the form, QuickBooks Online (QBO) will quickly integrate these updates into the system. This ensures that you will always have access to the most up-to-date version of the form, which is essential for accurate and compliant quarterly tax filings. To make sure you are informed when the updated form is available, it is important to closely monitor any notifications within the QBO platform or to keep an eye on updates sent to the email account associated with your QBO subscription.
