Where do I fine 941's from 2019 do not show in saved filing only show in efiling and that only shows tracking info ? I always hit save when i do. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. It's my priority to help you sort this out. Let me help you to view your 941 form for 2019. I'll show you how:  

1. Go to Employees menu, then choose Payroll Tax Forms and W-2s. 
2. Click Process Payroll Forms and File Forms tab in the Payroll Center will open.
3. Check the File History section to locate your saved form and double-click to open.  If you cannot find the form, continue to the next step.
4. Under File Forms select Quarterly Form 941/Sch.B-Employer's Quarterly Tax Return form and click File Form.
5. Press the exact quarter and click OK.
6. Finish the Interview for Form 941/Schedule B and click Next.
7. Click Print for Your Records. 

You may also want to view your payroll summary report by following the steps below: 

1. Tap Reports menu, select Employess & Payroll. Then Payroll Summary. 
2. Modify the dates into From and To field for the quarter your are reviewing.  
3. Tap the Refresh button. 
4. Hit Customize Report, uncheck the Hours and Rate boxes.  
5. Drop-down arrow the Columns, choose Total Only. Then OK. 

This will show you the the information is match from the tax forms in your QuickBooks Desktop file.

Thanks so much , I had looked under saved filed forms and they were not there . I never knew about the history one , that's good to know. I think I know why not there I have moved this quick books over the year to newer computers and back up in different places , so the files probably don't come along with the backups maybe.
