Just to clarify, are you trying to reach the QuickBooks Online Customer Support team? If so, here's how you can contact them by phone or chat:
- Sign into your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
- Select Contact US on the pop-up.
- Enter your question in the How can we help? field and choose Continue.
- Click Get a callback or Start messaging.
- Enter your contact information.
- Select Call me or Send Message.
