Who do I speak to to find out why my payroll access has been suspended?

When I try to pay one of my contractors it says my access to payroll has been suspended? How can I fix this? Is there someone I can talk to?

I'm here to assist you and guide you to the appropriate support channel that can help with your syncing concerns through the QuickBooks Online (QBO) API, Dev.

We have a separate forum where product engineers work alongside customers and other developers to tackle integration and app development. I suggest you post your question on our Intuit Developer Forum.

This platform enables you to engage in an in-depth discussion about the results for customers and projects when synced via the QBO API, including any differences that may arise. Follow these steps to get there:

  1. Enter this link in your browser: Intuit Developer Support.
  2. Click the Sign in menu in the upper right to open the Intuit Developer Support page or Create an account if you don't have one yet.
  3. From there, choose QuickBooks Online and select Ask a Question.
  4. Type your questions in the field box and tap the Ask button to submit.

For additional insights on how the online program manages customers and projects, feel free to explore these resources:

In the future, refer to these resources for guidance in tracking customer payments, managing your expenses, assessing your profit margin, and monitoring the hours worked:

Don't hesitate to reach out for further queries or concerns regarding customers and projects. We're here to help and make sure everything goes smoothly for you.
