Why aren't expenses type expenditure, detail type payroll expenditures not showing on project?

Normally, if you enter transactions for your contractors and use an expense account, it should show on the project summary.

Let's run some troubleshooting steps to identify why accounts are not showing on either the Profitability report or the Dashboard.

There are instances concerns like this occur when the system encounters browser-related issues. You can isolate by logging into your QuickBooks account on an incognito window.

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

• For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• For Safari: ⌘+ Shift + N

If it works, you can continue on a regular browser and  clear the cache . A piled cache can cause unexpected issues on the opened pages.

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge to isolate further.

Thanks for the suggestion. It seems the browser, etc is all fine.  I testested. Also, I can change to another expenditure account not in payroll and it works.
