Why does'nt employee's social security number does not transfer to fomr W-2

Let's try to update the payroll tax table to resolve the error, wmiles.

1. Click Employees on the menu.
2. Select Get Payroll Updates.
3. Click to select Download entire payroll update.
4. Select Update.
5. Click Close.

After that, let's try to update the employee's SSN, then toggle it back to the correct one. Then, go back to the Employees menu, and work on W-2:

1. Select Payroll Center.
2. Click File Forms tab.
3. Click the W2 Form.
