My company just switched to QB Online last week. I started the bank verification process for direct deposit 4 business days ago, and I'm still getting the following message: "We are currently in the process of reviewing the information you submitted. We will reach out to you in the next few days if we need anything else." This account had previously been verified for QB Desktop, so I find it especially strange that it's taking so long to get it verified for QB Online. I spoke with support earlier this week, and they said it's in process.
Bank account verification may take some time in various cases such as on the Quick-books ends or maybe due to your financial institution.
But you need not to worry in both cases as Quick-books will let you know once the verification process complete successfully.

I'd love to help share information about setting up direct deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once you've entered the bank account information for your business, you may need to wait 2 to 3 business days and an additional 2 to 3 business days once the test deposit to the bank is verified. On an average, it takes about seven business days to set up direct deposit, including verifying your company's bank account for security purposes.
If it's not yet verified on the said date, you may need to get in touch with our live support to check and investigate this further for you.

i entered the micro transaction sent to my account for verification. It says ‘Acrive’ but for some reason my bank account still says ‘Waiting Approval’
I assumed after verifying the account transaction I would be good to go. So is it 7 business days wait time for QBO Online Payroll as well?

Bank Account: Waiting for Approval
I was under the impression it would verify after confirming the transaction. Does it usually do this for QBO payroll online?
