An account generally becomes suspended when there's been an issue with processing the subscription payment. This can be caused for multiple reasons, such as an expired credit card. You can correct this and resubscribe with the following steps:
- Login to QuickBooks Online using a computer.
- If the card be expired, you will be prompted to update the payment information.
