Let me share some insights about your situation.
If you've opted to have us file the forms for you, then let's check the status of your e-file and e-pay enrollment. The possible reason why you're getting this warning might be that your enrollment is not completed.
To review your account, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team by following these steps:
If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

You're always welcome to reply to this post if you have any additional questions or other payroll concerns. I'll be around to help. Take care and stay safe.
Same problem. Have been filing electronically for years, but now QBOP is throwing the following yellow-flag warning:
You have chosen not to file this form electronically. If you save the form, you must print and mail the paper form. Once the form is saved, you will not be allowed to file electronically for this period.
This warning shows for all our Quarterly filings-- including Federal and all states.
The File Electronically checkbox is prefilled and greyed out. It appears that we can Submit (ignoring the warning).
Talking to a human gives no joy.
Something seems to have changed as the electronic filing interface has also been updated.
We are not lines down, but the obviously contradictory warning is a concern.
