I'll share information about reverting to your previous subscription, mikeannis26.
Yes, you can change back to the QuickBooks version you previously used if you upgraded from a higher version. You'll need to downgrade your current subscription in QuickBooks.
If you decide to go back to your old subscription level, remember to turn the features back on. Your inventory, recurring transaction templates, and apps won't turn on automatically.
To go back to your previous subscription, follow the steps below to downgrade:
- Log in to your QBO account as a primary or company admin.
- Next, select the Gear icon and then Subscriptions and Billing.
- On your current subscription, click Downgrade your plan.
- Review the available plans, then Choose a plan.
- Follow the onscreen procedure to downgrade your plan.
Once done, you can now subscribe to your previous subscription. Check out the available pricing plans to see which subscription level is right for you.
To learn more about the process, see this article: Upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription. It also includes steps in case you want to upgrade or cancel your plan.
