You'll have to set it up so it will show in the W2 form, Eokane56. I'm here to guide you.
We'll have to set up the S-Corp Owners Health Insurance on the employee's profile. It will then be reported in W2 Box 1 and the dollar amount in Box 14 with “S CORP OWNER”. Here's how:
- Click Workers or Payroll, then go to the Employees tab.
- Select the employee.
- Click the Pencil icon beside Pay.
- Under How much do you pay [Employee name]?, click the Pencil icon.
- Tick the S-Corp Owners Health Insurance box.
- Click Save.
