You can go to the Payroll Setting and delete the old location by inactivating them. Before doing so, make sure that no active employees are currently assigned to the work location so you won't be charged. Once confirmed, please follow the steps below.
After performing the steps above, our system will provide the tax liabilities for MA state and you will no longer receive reminders for tax payments and form filings to that state.
Also, you can contact our Payroll Support Team for further assistance. They can review your account and help you delete the work location. You can reach them using this link: Contact Payroll Support.
I've attached great articles that you can check out about archiving forms, managing taxes, and other relevant topics.
Keep in touch if you need any more assistance with this, or there's something else I can do for you. I've got your back. Have a good day.

Here's how:
It's that swift! For more information about work locations, check out this article: Set up and assign a new work location.
Moreover, you can check out the topics from this link for more hints and resources while working with your payroll transactions in the future: Help on common payroll topics.
Feel free to post again if you have other QuickBooks Payroll concerns. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a great day and stay safe!
