Join nowWe have about 100 employees that have all their work comp codes and classes saved in QB. However, many employees routinely bounce between different classes that have different work comp codes associated with them. QB seems to change the info (work comp or classes) from the time sheets when it creates the paychecks. Which means if an employee worked on 20 different jobs in different classes & work comp codes, and the time sheet is entered in QB correctly, QB seems to override this and put them back in their saved classes and codes for their paycheck. I need to manually go back to paychecks and edit to ensure they are job costed correctly. Any ideas on how to fix? I have deleted the info in a few employees and then it worked flawlessly. However, some reports I need to do require work comp codes and classes. Help?
