We can let your employees accept the invite through a private browser since it doesn't store any cache files at might have caused the error. If they have accepted the invitation successfully, we can let them switch back to the main browser to remove cache files. To isolate any browser-related issues, they can also use other browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
If they get they same thing, I suggest reaching out to us so we can check the set up and invitation we sent to our employees. We'll also further investigate the error they are prompted. Here's how to connect with us:
