Hi,
I have an employee that worked with us 5 years ago who has recently returned with a new last name. When I try to invite the employee to get into Workforce to view their paycheck, they cannot. They do not have access to their previous email address.
I have called Intuit 3 times about this and each time I have attempted to do as instructed and nothing works.
This is what I need to know or do:
How do I or how does the employee change their previous email address in Workforce to the current one so they can view their paystubs?
The employee has gone to accounts.intuit.com and accounts.intuit.com/account-recovery.html and still no luck. I'm beginning to think that Intuit has not thought ahead to people needing to change their email addresses and therefore made this impossible to do. I would love if someone could direct me on how to actually fix this. Thank you,

I can't believe it has to be this hard to change a persons' last name.
