workforce

New employee used workforce at a previous job. Can they use the same account? i.e same email?

Employer invites employees to set up a QuickBooks Workforce account. If your employee is using them before, you'll have to let him set up a new account so that tax forms from previous jobs will be on a separate account. This will also prevent complicated tax calculations in the future.

You can also run reports in QuickBooks to view useful information for your business.
