Can anyone tell me if they've had an issue submitting tax forms? Getting Error Message "We hit a Snag"?

This error is a browser related issue that can be resolved by clearing the cache. After that, go back to the Payroll Tax Center page and e-file the W-2 copies A and D. 

What do you mean by incorrect numbers in the W-2 form? You can pull up the Payroll Details report to review the employee's pay details.
