Buy now & saveAfter Installing QB Desktop pro 2019 to my new laoptop I can't send invoices. it works in my old laptop but not in new laptop. software is up to the date. any HELP would be great! Thanks
I'd like to update you on why your QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) Pro 2019 isn't sending invoices from your new laptop, GKP1.
The 2019 version of QuickBooks Desktop is discontinued, meaning Intuit no longer provides technical support, security updates, or patches for this version. This discontinuation affects internet-dependent features, including email invoicing. You can find more information on the QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade options here: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.
Since the QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2019 installed on a new laptop is only meant for recording and not sending invoices due to its unsupported status, you might need to explore alternative solutions to handle the invoicing process.
Given that your current version only supports recording on new devices, I recommend upgrading to a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop to regain full functionality, including the ability to send invoices. Upgrading also grants you access to the latest features and security enhancements. Please note that the newer versions are subscription-based.
Alternatively, consider transferring your data to QuickBooks Online (QBO). There is no need to purchase a subscription immediately, as you can start with our free trial version.
I'm always available to answer questions or concerns you may have regarding your QuickBooks Desktop subscriptions. If you need further clarification or assistance, write down your comment below.
