Join nowWe have been long-time users of QuickBooks Desktop on Mac and recently underwent a transition to the new operating system. However, we encountered an unforeseen challenge as the QuickBooks Desktop format is not compatible with the new Mac operating system.
To mitigate such situations in the future, we are keenly interested in transitioning to a cloud-based version of QuickBooks. Currently, we are in the process of attempting to import our Mac desktop version to the cloud.
Our QuickBooks file has the extension .qb2020, although during our troubleshooting efforts, it's possible that someone on our team may have altered the original extension to this format. We are now seeking your expertise and assistance in successfully importing our .qb2020 file to the cloud.
Any guidance or support you can provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
