However Quickbooks Online shows they accepted the invite to the portal. How do I resent this? Is there an Employer portal for Workforce? or just inside of hte Workers Tab? No option to reset or re-invite.

Hello there, chad27. 

 

Let's make sure that they've accepted the invite and successfully created their QuickBooks Workforce account. We can let them check the email invite and have them access it on a private browser. The invite is valid for up to 30 days from when it was sent by you. 

 

If they were able to create an account, we can use this link to log in still using a private browser. Make sure the credentials are correct. Just go to workforce.intuit.com. We can also have them reset the password or user ID, if they're still having issues logging in. Just click the  I forgot my user ID or password link and follow the onscreen instructions.

 

If the same thing happens, I suggest reaching out to us so we can check your employers access and have you resend the invite. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon and click Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern by entering the error the employee got.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose call, chat, or get a callback.
