Importing the payroll information from QuickBooks Desktop to Intuit Online Payroll is unavailable. You can either enter the data as prior payroll or run the payroll as regular in the online version.
If you have not turned on the payroll in your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, you can go to Employees > Turn on Payroll. Then, follow the steps in this article: Set up a prior payroll under Set up payroll with Intuit Online Payroll.
To run payroll, you can refer to this article: Create paychecks in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
One done recording the payroll, please make sure to record any tax paid from the QuickBooks to your Intuit Online Payroll account. I've got this article for the steps: Record the prior tax payments.
