I am having this error as well when updating and to make it worse QuickBooks will not even let me into my company file until I update the program. Have been doing IT for 40 years so technical terms and processes don't scare me. I have done all the steps, file doctor, opening the firewall wide open (even tried turning off the firewall) . In checking the security certificate of QBW.exe, it says the certificate expired on March 21, 2025. How do I update the expiry date of the security certificate (if that is even the problem)?
Thanks in advance.
