I'll show you how to print paystubs in QuickBooks Online. Here's how it's done:
1. In the navigation bar on the left, go to Workers, then Employees.
2. Underneath Run payroll, choose Paycheck list.
3. Enter the Date range if necessary.
4. Select the date for the paystub you want to print.
5. Click on Print.
6. A PDF will display, hit the Printer (🖶) icon to initiate the printing process.
