Currently, there's no option to create or export tax exchange format files from Quickbooks Online to Quickbooks Turbo Tax Desktop Mac. The reason is you're unable to convert directly between two versions.
However, you can follow the export process so you can transfer your data from QBO to Turbo Tax account. To do that, you'll need first to downloading a free trial of QuickBooks Desktop. From there, you can use this when exporting your data.
Once finished with downloading the product, you'll need to export your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop. Here's a Community Article that provides detailed steps: Export QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.
