How do I create and print a collection letter in QBO?

Thanks for visiting the Community, @cremerslawn

Right now, creating and printing a collection letter in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. As an alternative, you can utilize the statement feature in the program. It lets you and your customers keep track of their overdue invoices, payments, credits, and balances. Let me guide you on how to create and print the statements.

  1. Select the + New button from the left menu.
  2. Choose Statement under Others.
  3. In the Statement Type drop-down, select Balance Forward, Open Item (Last 365 days), or Transaction Statement
  4. Make sure to choose the Customer Balance Status.
  5. Set the Start Date and End Date
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Select the specific customers for the recipients.
  8. To create the statement, click Save
  9. To print, click Print or Preview.

The screenshot below shows you the last seven steps. For detailed instructions, go through this article: Create and View Customer Statements

You can always go to the Sales menu to view, edit, and delete sales transactions. This helps you effectively manage your customer balances. To learn more about this page, check out this article: View Sales Transactions

I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Have a good day, @cremerslawn
