How do I fix bank connection issue after several attempts of trying, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app

It's fantastic to see you here, @gbdynasty17,

I want to make sure this is taken care of. However, I need more information about the problem. May I know if you encounter any error code or messages when trying to update you account? Also, what is the name of your financial institution?

I need all these information to check with our Financial Services Team any reported issues similar to yours.

In the meantime, access your account temporarily on a supported browser and update your bank manually. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank Accounts.
  2. Tap the Refresh all button.

Kindly add the additional information by adding a new comment below. I appreciate your patience with this banking issue. I'm always here to help you.

Hi gbdynasty17,

This 572 error is due to the new connection service used by PNC called OAuth. We're working to make this available for your bank, and you'll see in-product notifications or you'll receive an email when it's available. You can check more details in this article: What's OAuth and what's changing with banking connections

In the meantime, you can upload your bank transactions using a CSV file.

Rest assured that we're working to make the new connection available in QuickBooks.

We're always around if you have additional questions in mind.
