Also, I'd recommend contacting your bank's dedicated Customer Care Team. They have the specific tools to look up your account and allow the connection. You can check this article for more insights about the error: Fix Banking Error 155.
If the issue persists, you can log in to your bank and download a copy of your transactions. You can then import them to your QuickBooks account. For step-by-step instructions, you may check to this article: Import transactions from other sources.
