We can track mileage with the QuickBooks Self-Employed app and it automatically records your work trips. However, for toll roads, you can enter it manually and track it as an expense.

With QuickBooks Self-Employed, recording tolls are deductible if they're related to business travel. You'll want to consider consulting your accountant when entering these transactions. This way, it will help you record what category is accurate.
