How do I keep Quicbooks from automatically inserting a "Quickbooks Desktop Export Tips" page in each Excel workbook that I export to?

Welcome to the Community. It would be my pleasure to provide you the detailed steps on how to remove the Exports Tips when creating worksheets in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu, then choose Reports Center
  2. Locate and open the report you want to export. 
  3. Click the Excel drop-down arrow and pick either Create New Worksheet or Existing Worksheet
  4. Hit Advance
  5. Unclick the Include QuickBooks Export Guide worksheet with helpful advice box .
  6. Tap OK

Right after you select [Excel]->[Create New Worksheet], a dialog box like this pops up:

Select [Advanced]. A second dialog will open, take the check-mark out of "Include QuickBooks Expert Guide...".

By the way, you also have the option here to remove the space between columns as well as other options to customize the Excel output.
