Glad you joined us here in the Community space. I’m here to help you print statements in QuickBooks Online.
Statements are used to show the status of a customer’s account. There are three types of customer statements:
• Balance Forward
• Open Item
• Transaction Statement
You can easily print statements in four easy steps. Here’s how:
1. Select the Plus (+) icon at the top.
2. Under Other, choose Statement.
3. Select and enter the necessary information.
4. Select Print or Preview on the bottom of the page to print the statements.
