How do I print DE9C forms by quarter?

The DE 9C form is a Quarterly E-File only form in QuickBooks. All Payroll Tax Center forms are in .pdf format, and you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to perform any actions to the forms. But great news, you can print the form right from QuickBooks. Check out the steps below to do this:

1. Go to Employees in the top menu, then select the Payroll Center.
2. Click on the Filed Forms in the upper-left corner of the window. Choose the DE 9C Forms you want to print.
3. Press on File then Print.
