Thank you for joining this thread, Amer9900.

Before anything else, may I ask what's your specific issue? You can reply to this thread or post directly in the Community forum so we can assist you promptly.

Moving on, we don't have an email dedicated to our support team. However, if you need their assistance, you may contact them via live chat or callback.

I'll provide these steps below so you can reach out to them:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then click QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Press Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account, press Continue, and then Continue with my account.
  6. Choose chat with us (start a conversation online with a QuickBooks expert) or Have us call you (skip the line and no more phone trees. Leave your number and get a call back).

Moreover, you can also use your Intuit account to manage or invite users in QuickBooks Desktop in case you need to.

Feel free to give us an update or post in the Community space if you have more QuickBooks-related concerns. We're always happy to help.

How to solve "exceeded the allowed number of activations"?

I have had the Premier Nonprofit Edition 2018 version of Desktop since 2018, now I am trying to install the Quick Books on another device with the same license and product number after installing it and entering the License number I received this message " You've exceeded the allowed number of activations. To complete activation, select Message now for support."

Could I reset the license users because I think it's limited up to 20 IP users for the license

Thanks for coming back to this thread, @Amer9900.

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), there's no direct way to reset the license users. You'll need to contact our support team by following the steps from my colleague, @Ivan_G.

If you have any other concerns besides resetting license users, feel free to leave a comment below. The Community is always ready to help you out.

@Amer9900

Can you access CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there?

https://camps.intuit.com

because I think it's limited up to 20 IP users for the license

Did you use the same license code to install on 20 machines?
