I accidentally hit the try the free 30-day trial button and just need confirmation that it isn't going to try to automatically charge me somewhere once the time is up?

Your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription cancels automatically at the end of the trial period without any fees. If you'll want to cancel it right away, just follow the steps below:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  3. Hit Cancel Trial.

As long as you didn't submit any CC credential, you are in trial mode.
