I cannot update my billing info. There is an error message that says Hmm somethings not right. I cannot call customer support because that option is not provided to me.

Let's try to do basic troubleshooting to isolate if this is a browser-related issue. Start with logging in to QuickBooks Online through an incognito window.

• Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, try to update the billing information again. If you've successfully update the info,  access your account using the original browser and clear the browser's cache. You can also try using a different browser.

On my page the circles just go round and round. It never changes.

1. On your QuickBooks Online account, click Help.
2. Click Contact us.
3. Enter update billing info, then, Let's talk.
4. Select from Start messaging or Get a call.
