I'm looking to upgrade my subscription, but had to replace my card so my payment failed. How do I upgrade without being auto charged for the original subscription plan?

To upgrade your QBSE plan without being billed twice, you can follow the steps below:

On your browser

1. Select Billing info from the Profile icon.
2. Find the TurboTax logo and choose Get our Tax Bundle.
3. Choose Switch Now.
4. Add your payment info and select Subscribe to bundle.
5. Click Done.

Moreover, I recommend purchasing a new subscription to upgrade from QBSE to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
