There has been reports from some users that they are getting error 163. It occurs when the bank updates their website scripts causing interruptions with our online banking connectivity. To resolve this, we'll need to update your sign in information in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
- Log into QuickBooks Online using a private browsing window (in Chrome, click on the Customize and control icon and select New incognito window).
- Select Banking in the left hand navigation bar.
- Select the bank account and click on the pencil icon.
- Choose Edit sign in info.
- Enter your login credentials and click on Save/OK.
