Recently, we've received error reports about trying to save data in QuickBooks Online. Our Technical Support is working for a fixed.
In the meantime, I recommend you reach out with our Customer Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Through this, you'll be notified once there is an update or progress of the investigation via email.
Here's how:
- Click the Help button.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Enter your concern in the field and hit Let’s talk.
- Choose to Get a callback option to speak with a phone representative.
