Can anybody supply a sample IIF file that creates an Equity account and then sets its opening balance? There are no such examples in the IIF kit and the doc is mum except to say not to try to set the OBAMOUNT in the ACCNT transactions.
We're trying to move to QB and have several hundred funds in a nonprofit each of which needs to track Corpus, Realized G/L and Unrealized G/L.
I can create a fund hierarchy as

successfully, but no joy in trying to set the opening balances.
