Installing Desktop Pro Plus and it keeps stalling at "Installing Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies"

Microsoft no longer provides security updates or support for PCs running Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008. We recommend upgrading your operating system to a supported version.

You can verify the Windows edition by going to the Windows specifications field. Let me guide you how:

1. Click the Windows icon and enter Settings.
2. Go to the About section.
3. Verify the version under Windows specifications.

From there, you 'll have to update the edition to the latest one. Then, install QuickBooks Desktop again.
