Phone support couldn't figure it out so they gave me two phone numbers to call that are no longer in service..
In a quest to figure this out on my own l have spent many hours.. and I did the tollowing;
Offload App to clear the app's cache and data without deleting the app itself
Reinstall the app from the App Store.
Soft reset iPhone
Reboot iPhone.
Still doesn’t work.
Any suggestions?

I spoke to your customer support and they said that it’s a bug in the iPhone app and that the work around is to just use the desktop app for now until they can get it fixed. 🤯
I am having the same issue. QB app has been down for 2 months

Are you on a iPhone 13?
Mine crashes as soon as my company starts to load. The app just disappears, goes right back to my Home Screen.
It won’t help. I was on the phone with escalated support for 2 hours. No solution whatsoever.
